I really loved this garden bed! It was very easy to install and I installed it with my kids for about 40 minutes.
It doesn’t need to use lots of space. and it is so convenient to move around. Sometimes we put it under the sunshine. and sometimes we move it to a shade. I used it to grow flows and vegetables. such as onion. beans. etc. It is so happy to see flowers and those vegetables growing every day. My onion grows very fast as it took only about two weeks to grow so much in the photo. I really highly recommend it to everyone who loves gardening.

This is pretty tall and sturdy once assembled. You will be cursing as you try to assemble it though if you get one like the one we were sent. The one we got the legs at the bottom where the angle into support or not welded well. This means we had to fight to get both sides of the leg in and snap into the little button. As in took three people and a fair amount of force. The rest of the assembly is fairly straightforward although it does take a while. Each of the plastic sections can lift out of the wire frame that supports it and that’s pretty useful. The bottom has two very large holes drilled into it but the holes do not drip into the Container below. They drip sort of on the edge of it.
This will be a 3 star product but at $120 I cannot expect the kind of quality that I would expect at a higher level. It also seems that other people may have had less trouble assembling it so perhaps we got a dud.
It is nice to be able to wheel it around and I like the fact that the boxes are staggered so that they get sunlight.

I thought this was black. but it is a dark charcoal grey (both the frame and the planters). Bleh. So I spray painted the frame bronze and the planters tan (used plastic spray paint on the planters. regular on the frame) to match my patio furniture and it turned out awesome! With the planters full. it is very heavy and sturdy. I have it against a wall. but even if it was out in the open. I don’t think it would blow over easily. if at all.

The plastic containers after a while will soften with being in direct hot sun. The containers will then slip from the holding frame and drop onto the others. I have since moved the frame to a semi sunny location. It seems to have helped. I had planted strawberry plants in each but the dropping of the containers dislodged the plants from the soil. Will not be buying another or recommending.

This is a sturdy and easy to assemble/use multi level planter and we love it. The containers are large enough for our needs. We grow mint. spinach. radish and other plants and it works. The metal frame and the mechanism that holds each planter is kind of flimsy. It needs to stay upright for the planter to rest and it’s very difficult to use if the frame is not staying upright. I am hoping it will work again next year after we dismantle this unit during winter.

The package arrived intact in one piece very fast. Have it installed in 20mins. A lots of alen screws to secure. they have included the tool for that. I do recommen have a power tool to save some time. The shelf is sturdy. Casters included are good quality build parts. The design is superb easy to move around can be locked easily as well. They also include the glove for digging. they are so cutee. saved for halloween…. Trowel is a nice to have in this size. Did not use the shears but at least they provided. Planting bed is deep enough for most size of plants however. you have to have the height distance in mind. its a little bit short in space. Best bang for the bucks. recommended to everyone.

To be frank — this was more money than I wanted to spend on garden shelves. Last year. I purchased one of those ‘stacking towers’ that was (if memory serves) 5 tiers high with a wheeled base. It wasn’t cheap either. but it ended up being a stupid purchase. I tried growing strawberries in it. and only the plants on top did well.
With this planter — every plant on every tier is thriving. The design is better. the construction and materials is better — and unlike other crap I’ve wasted money on — this shelving unit is going to last for awhile. I’m very happy with this purchase.

I like the way you can stack the planters. but the pots are too close to each other. Plants have to grow out of the pot which causes watering issues unless you use a waterline. If it was taller for spacing the planters. would be much better.

I have a large garden in the spring and summer time and was wanting to add a good sized herb garden to it this year. I found this vertical garden and decided to get it for all of my herbs! This garden stand has five tiers of plant boxes. It has lots of growing space. but it doesn’t take up a lot of ground space. Each plant box has drainage holes in the bottom to help prevent my plants from rotting. It also has 4 locking wheels so that it is easily movable around your garden or inside when it gets cold. I have it on my front porch at the moment (until after the last frost date) and the wheels are really nice for when it gets cold because I can move my plants inside at night so that they don’t freeze.
The frame was super easy to build and all of the pieces were labeled so that you could quickly tell what piece you needed. Some of the other reviews said that the holes weren’t drilled properly. but ours went together perfectly. The whole frame is made out of nice quality metal that is powder coated so that it doesn’t rust out in the weather. I had the whole thing built and ready to use within about 30 minutes of getting it out of the box. The instructions were simple and easy to understand. All of the pieces fit together perfectly and when everything is tightened down it is super sturdy. The whole unit measures 26″ x 26″ x 52″ and each flower bed is 23″x8″x5.” It is working out perfect for my herbs and I cant wait to be able to harvest them!

I got this to grow strawberries in Spring. There are 5 shelves and they are stacked vertically with an incline. This is a good use of space if you have limited yard space like me. The assembly took me about 15 minutes. It was pretty easy to assemble and no tools required. The containers are held up by the rod. They slip into the lip of the container and stays in place due to gravity. The containers also have a water collection tray at the bottom that snaps on. I recommend drilling a small hole on the front of each so the overflow goes to the next lower tier. This will minimize waste if you accidentally over water. Overall a good looking planter setup.

My home exits to a second story deck on the back. planting a visible garden isn’t really a good option. This portable garden offers a lot of flexibility and provides just what I was looking for to use on my deck.
Assembling the planter was a bit challenging at first as it really required more than 2 hands to keep everything together. The instructions weren’t easy to follow. but the assembly was logical. and I completed it correctly on the first try. The end product is generally stable and is maneuverable and will likely become more stable once the planters are filled with earth. In our region we’re still having frost. so we’ve hesitated to plant anything quite yet. We plan to have a mixture of herbs and flowers.
The planters have hole on either end at the bottom to prevent overwatering. The layout of the planters is such that water from the one above won’t drain into the one below it. The lockable wheels are a nice touch as they make it easy to move the garden about and yet it’s possible to lock it in place.
All-in-all I’m happy with the product. It seems like it should work perfectly for our needs. I’m not sure how long the plastic planters will hold up. but overall and with a bit a care. I think this should last for several seasons. I would order it again. and at this point I have no reservations in recommending it to others.

I was thrilled I got one that has 5 tiers as opposed to just 4. Each tier is a good size too. I will be able to plant a couple different options on 1 tier. The instructions are straight forward and easy to follow. The stand and over all planter feel pretty secure. I may do a rainwater set up so it is all self contained. Not sure I can pull thst off we will see. I am not even sure what I am going to plant but Im hopeful it will be colorful and pretty. So far I am happy with this planter and may order another for my home.

Self proclaimed gardener here lol. We built a patio and needed to spice up a corner with some flowers and color and what better way to do that than adding plants? This took about 20 minutes to put together and has wheels so we can easily move it around and take it closer to the tap or if we need to make some room on the patio. It also snowed again when we were expecting it to be spring time already so I had to move it to a covered area so the wheels came in handy. I’ve been looking at vertical gardens and have been wanting one. but a big issue for me has been that once they’re set up. they tend to be fixed. And then I saw this one. Wheels! So what did I think?

How easy it was to put together: Before I go any further. see that freebie hex wrench that came with it. like with all put-it-together-yourself products. throw it in the recycle bin and get yourself a proper hex wrench that won’t destroy your hands/fingers. Electric is better as it will go faster. After that. the pieces were all labeled and it was easy to follow the directions to get it put together. I think it took me about 45 minutes total.
How sturdy is it: 100% Polypropylene. which according to the seller is environmentally safe and durable. The metal frame seems sturdy and once it was all together and I rolled it outside. noticed how well the wheels work and overall. it seems like it will hold up well.
Space: In terms of real estate. it doesn’t take up much room at all. And with 5 plant boxes. there’s plenty of room for me to grow the planned green onions. lettuce. some herbs. and also thinking of adding either garlic or radish to the grow list this year.
Overall: I REALLY like the wheels. We have a small porch area where we have raised gardens and this is a good fit for our needs. The separate planters make it easier to keep things organized and we hooked up a water drip system to it so don’t even have to think about watering. However. the planter boxes do stink when initially out of the box. so I made sure to leave it outside for a couple days before we did make use of it. Definitely recommended.

This is my first time purchasing this model. the metal is much thinner than other brands. one of the poles ends was caved in and made the assembling part harder on us since we had to widen the end with a plier. I am hoping it is able to hold the weight of dirt on all the pots

I like this stand. One basket came in without a tray stopper. As you can see there is a see through hole. So the corner of a tray is just hanging there. and I’m afraid once I water the plants it will spill out on the floor from that corner. Seller is cooperative. The assembly/installation is supposed to be easy. However. I found the parts don’t fit well. At the beginning. I thought it’s my problem. After troubleshooting it for more than 1 hour. I can confirm it’s the product’s issue. I managed to get it assembled at last but I have to remove one of the pots.
2 of the 4 wheels have much bigger screws and they cannot fit in. I really want to return it but I’ve spent too much time on it. I don’t want to spend more time on tearing it down and packing it up. I end up using it without the wheels.
I do think the shelve has a good design. But the implementation and quality is poor. I’m not sure if this is a problem everyone has or I’m just unlucky.

Like the assembly ease but. not very sturdy. Plantar boxes tend to fall if you touch them. As long as it is undisturbed. it is okay. Should not be able to collapse on itself so easy. Design flaw. Lower price trade off.

My son wanted a garden on his apartment deck and this is perfect! Deep enough for vegetables and not too heavy or bulky. The Sun hits it all evenly. so all 5 levels grow well. The drains work very well. I got him seeds that grow well in pots and planters. like short versions of beans and peppers. and basil and mint. We’re trying beets. but have not seen them grow yet.

I was looking to replace a planter we have on our deck. and this is it! We use this for planting strawberries and it works very well. I like the design. and it was very easy to assemble.

I rated this a four because the actually product is sturdy. easy to assemble and all but the containers are smaller than expected.
in my opinion the only thing I would grow in there are like seedlings to transplant or micro greens. I think that a more mature plant would have more roots than this can handle.
So. the actual product is fine but it seems like it would just be bigger when you look at online photos.

You can move this planter if needed and does not take up a lot of space. I have lettuce growing in mine and I think it will work better with herbs or short stemmed flowers (except for the first tier). Fairly easy to put together. I wish it had more drainage holes so we put more in. I would buy again.

Took me like 8 minutes to assemble. now let’s see if it’s works! Very easy to move very light. it should be heavier once full if it flip I’ll update the review but super happy!
