More and more people work from home a couple of days per week with lots of meetings during the day. It is not easy to have quality meetings with dogs, kids or your partner in the house. We surveyed a bunch of people and designed HP10 which has the following advantages:

Dual Mic Noise cancellation, truly works

Democratize deep learning noise reduction in a real product to effectively reduce ambient noise such as keyboard clicking or baby crying.

Ambient noise cancellation, with DSP and AI, state-of-the-art.

The ECM mic close to your mouth is directional so that it captures more speech than ambient noise. The MEMS Mic that is far from the mouth is omni-directional and captures similar noise to speech. As a result, we can use the difference as a characteristic to perform digital processing to remove the ambient noise. The remaining noise is cut to minimum by AI. The result represents the state-of-the-art.

    I got these to use for hours long conference calls. I can’t use the heavy duty “cup” type headsets because I start to get painful pressure on my ears from them. Earbuds are okay but tangle and also aren’t comfortable all day.

    These do allow ambient noise to be heard… which for me is good though means these wouldn’t be the best for gaming.

    But they’re light with a heavy duty cord and fit any 3.5 mm jack.

    I’m told the mic is great quality too!

    Definitely a good solution for me!

    Pros – very lightweight. You forget you are wearing it which is great. The microphone picks up with clarity. Wire is very long so you can maneuver around your desk with ease. Plug and go is simple and headset and mic are ready to go quickly. Would prefer to be able to change the side of the microphone use to left or right. Would like more comfortable ear muffs. just a bit more cush. but overall great. This headset is perfect for remote workers and business professionals for conference calls. The set is very professional and is meeting my remote work. conference calls and freelance needs.

    I WFH as a call center agent & needed a new pair of headphones really quick & came across these that was close to my work issued headset that went out on me. It works pretty good. My customers and I can hear each other good and clear. Only thing is sometimes. I hear myself echo while talking. You get what you pay for. so not bad for the price…until I can get the one I want.

    So prior to getting these I had just returned a pair for not having good sound or mic – very surprised with these – they are not very heavy so I was worried but the sound quality is much better than I expected and the mic works really well for this price point … I work from home and will be using them all day so I’m very happy that they do not put a lot of pressure on my ear … will probably get another pair as a back up – but I highly recommend these – can’t be beat for the money… Also come with a very long cable – long enough to stand up and stretch while at a desk and maybe take a couple of steps – I’m 5’11

    I use this for calls at work. I’ve had issues with Bluetooth in the office (interference maybe?) so I opted for wired and this one works well. plus the. Order is very long so I can sit or stand or move around within my cubicle with this headset. The only thing I don’t love is that the microphone only goes to one side and I can’t turn it the opposite direction to have it on the other side of my face.

    I had a headset that my job sent me..unfortunately it met an untimely demise do to our piggies uncontrollable urge to chew on any wire he sees…thought it was up high enough..but one of his partners in crime…(aka..the felines. must have jumped on the desk and knocked the wire down. and presto. instant pig toy…So with that said. I needed to get a replacement fast. like overnight and these were one that I could get in that time frame…well they are fab…lightweight. loud. in fact so loud my cohorts asked me to turn down the volume…so they are great. and the cord is pretty long so I can multitask while taking calls…not a bad score for last minute!!

    I picked this up as an inexpensive headset for gaming on my PC. The sound quality is great. and my teammates can hear me perfectly. My only complaint is that the headset is a bit small… I have a large head and usually have to extend/open headphones all the way. but this one is significantly smaller than “normal”. Even extended all the way. it just reaches the top of my ears. I can hear fine. but if it were a little bigger it would be more comfortable. As it is. I only ever use it for an hour or two at a stretch. so it’s not a deal-breaker. But if you’re a fellow “big-head”. you should be aware of the limited adjustability of this setup.

    Been buying several headset over the last 12 plus months and this one is the best so far. I am using this mostly for work calls and personal calls. I’ve been told several times after I started using them that the quality on the other end was great. The cord is very long. when plugged into the computer. It’s not long enough where I can walk around. but if I’m on a call with my computer I’m usually not moving around. I might stand up or lean back in the chair and there’s enough length for me to do that. I really like the control buttons for mute and volume control. When I plug it into my phone I lose that control and some length. but since most of my calls are with my computer I don’t mind. Overall great product and definitely worth it.

    The headset was purchased for communication at work using MS TEAMS. This is not a “best quality” gaming headset but. I didn’t buy it for that purpose. For what it is. at the price point I paid. I’d say it’s pretty darn good. In a noisy environment however. noise cancellation is just not there. primarily due to the fact the ear pieces do not complete envelope the ears. Again however. the sound quality is great.

    I got this because using Teams for meetings and the computer mic was finicky. Sometimes people wouldn’t be able to hear me. Well so far so good with this headset. I am coming through clear and can hear everyone well. There are two small nuisance items to be aware of- first the cord is LONG. perhaps if you’re someone who likes pacing around during calls this fine. But I find it so long that it kind of drags and can get caught in things. Secondly there are two buttons on the headset cord to mute the mic and audio. I have inadvertently muted my mic and not realized it. I have to pay attention to it because I can never remember if the light means it’s muted or not. Overall it’s a good headset for the price.

    Great quality for the price! I have a small head and the fit was perfect (extends if needed but usually headphones are too big on me). The first time I used it the person on the video chat said the sound quality was way better as it muted all the background noise of the office.

    This items sounds quality is not very good and the headphones hurt my ears. The headphones are not as cushioned as I though they would be. It is lightweight. but does not feel like the plastic is sturdy.

    Typical headset/microphone. Sound quality for phone calls is great. The volume/mute portion of the plug-in stopped working after 2 phone calls. It muted me and couldn’t be turned off. It was past my return date so I guess I’ll use it without the controls. My advice is check out your equipment before the return cut off date.

    Needed an inexpensive replacement for working from home. The headband is smaller than I expected but it will expand to a snug fit on my head. It would probably fit a pre-teen head perfectly too. The mic can swivel a range of about 100 degrees so this is a left ear ONLY device. The 2 photos show the headset against a ruler and also the position range of the mic swivel. I have not listened to a recording of myself but my coworkers report that the sound is nice and clear.

    If you have large head i don’t recommend these ..even with a small head this took some getting use to.
    I did like how the cord was really long and split into two wrapped section in case you only need certain length which perfect for office.
    The sound is good for youtube video; i have watch few movies and it seem okay.
    The buttons worked perfect and it was nice bonus they through in small bag for travel…

    Con getting in that bag since headset not foldable a little tricky though

    I would say for the price they were equal. The are not comfy on the head they are not universal to either side of the head and I myself don’t like them however for a quick purchase they will do.

    I brought these headphones because I’m working from home. I can hear the customers very good. Only down fall is I keep getting keep told by customers they can hear themselves echoing.. Some customers didn’t mind . a lot said it was very annoying. So I rate this a 3 out of 5 stars only because of the echo coming from the headset.

    Just as the headline said. I used it to record my audio and it’s just fuzzy! I’ve never had that with any microphone since pre 2010. So. that’s interesting. If you’re looking to use this to talk or record. then it’s not good.

    The muted light for the speaker did not go off. so it was not a visual indication of when the speaker was muted. The volume was extremely loud. I had to turn the application volume nearly off to get a reasonable listening level.
